We are only able to facilitate direct size exchanges for the exact same product (including colour).
Exchanges are subject to availability once your return arrives at our warehouse. Should your exchange order not be available, we will process a store credit for your return. Please note that exchanges are only applicable for customers in Australia.
We understand this is disappointing and we hope you never receive an incorrect or faulty item. In the rare occurrence where you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon the receipt of your item at info@motorsandmasterpieces.com.
We will cover the cost of returning defective goods & incorrect items to facilitate an exchange.
Motors & Masterpieces reserves the right to assess faulty items and reject complaints on products, which have not been cared for correctly as per the directions provided.
