A mouth-watering array of machinery covering 120 years of the motoring age is set to assemble at the inaugural Motors & Masterpieces festival, which is set to take over the Melbourne Showgrounds from November 22-24, 2024. Encompassing vintage classics through to modern supercars, the festival will include cars and motorcycles displayed along ten key theme lines, with concours and outright Best in Show honours set to be hotly contested.
Curated by the esteemed team behind the renowned Motorclassica event, the festival promises to be a celebration of the pinnacle of design and engineering achievements in the automotive age. The showcase is set to chart the history of the motor vehicle from its earliest days and into the future.
Renowned for its expertise in showcasing contemporary Australian and international art, Lennox St. Gallery will oversee the selection and judging process for the competition. The competition invites artists and photographers to explore the beauty and history of the automotive world through creative expression, with a special focus on the classic motoring movement.
We are excited to announce that Motors & Masterpieces, celebrating motoring’s past, present and future, is coming to the Melbourne Showgrounds from November 22-24, 2024. To make this event truly special, we are looking for enthusiastic and passionate volunteers to join our team onsite during set up on Thursday 21st November and across the three event days.
Beyond those two sections, Continental Classics draws upon the incredible depth provided by the rest of Europe’s motoring powerhouses. The selection of vehicles that can be displayed is immense, covering the best of Post-War Europe.
