Art & Photography Competition Terms & Conditions of Entry

Motors and Masterpieces is holding an Art and Photography Competition for the 2024 event, taking place at the Melbourne Showground between 22 and 24 November.
The subject matter for Photographs and Artworks is the classic motoring movement.
It is recommended that entries attempt to fit into one of the event’s 10 themes, as described on the website.
Selected entries will be displayed at the event as part of the art and photography exhibition.
The winning prize is $4,000 and the runner up prize is $1,000, and the prizes are awarded independently to each category, artworks and photography.
All entries remain the property of the entrants, but Motors & Masterpieces reserves the right to display selected entries at the event and use the winners and runner up entries as promotion materials for subsequent events, namely in 2025, with due recognition. If this is the case, the entrants can’t use these works for other commercial purposes.
Selection of prizes will be made by a panel of prominent individuals in the Australian art and cultural scene, their decision is final and uncontestable.
Entries for selection must be made through the website and will close on 18 October 2024
For the selected entries the original works must be made available to the event organizers at the Melbourne Showground between 7:00AM and 2:00PM on 21 November 2024, with further details to be provided beforehand.
By submitting their entries, entrants implicitly accept these terms and conditions.
